In today’s society it is rare to experience truly exceptional customer service, so I felt compelled to write to you and applaud two of your employees. They both served my father and I with care, compassion and stellar efficiency when it came to choosing, ordering and executing the process through Dad’s doctor and Medicare to ensure that Dad received his power chair in a timely manner. You are fortunate to have such dedicated employees.

I’m a four-year breast cancer survivor, having undergone chemotherapy, radiation and two surgeries for lumpectomy and partial mastectomy. Being a full-figured woman, it was very challenging for me to find undergarments that fit properly, especially post surgery. I am pleased to say that I found Komfort & Kare through my hematologist/oncologist. I have been shopping at Komfort & Kare for the past four years and never have I left there without what I was looking for.
Over the years, I had the pleasure of being helped by multiple people, even going to Amoena events for the special measuring sessions. Just recently, Anne at Komfort & Kare helped me obtain new bras in an assortment of styles. She was so knowledgeable that my visit was quick, easy and very rewarding. I had the dillema of obtaining a sports bra for my full-figure. I just recently started a strength-training program with a Clinical Trial for Physical Activity and Lymphedema. She was able to measure me and supply me with the garments that I needed. Over the years, I have also been able to purchase swimsuits, which are very comfortable and definitely not available in department stores. It sounds very trivial to be able to purchase undergarments, but after going through the challenges of surgery and the special needs required after that life-altering experience, it makes all the difference in the world to be treated kindly, professionally and efficiently. I applaud all the wonderful people at Komfort & Kare, as it truly does take a special person to relay the customer service that they so genuinely deliver.

I would like to thank you for helping me with my bras after I had my surgery. Having both breasts removed, I had low self-esteem! When you had taken care of me, I felt so comfortable. I feel like a new person. I had my family and children come see the new look!
You are compassionate and caring. When I wear my pin, I will always think of you. I’m so happy that I found this place. My bra feels good, and I can wear my tops again! I forget that I had the operation. Thank you for your kindness! You make this a better world to live in.

Thanks for all your kindness to me and for years to my mother. She always counted on your store, so she never had to worry. Thanks for sending the address of the Ostomy Association. At least I can send her unused supplies somewhere worthy. She did have a zest for life and struggled through a lot over the years. But she was determined to overcome her illness and problems of growing older. I appreciate all your help over the years.

You really went out of your way to make everything happen so quickly. Also, the suggestion of the inserts for the pull up’s is a real winner. Your Customer Service staff was so very helpful, kind and patient! She took a great deal of time with me (both over the phone and in person) and explained what was needed in order to get a companion chair. This company and its employees are top notch, and I will deal only with you in the future.

The Medical Lift chair is paradise. It has been at least five years since I’ve been able to sit up without ghastly pain. Now comfort is in my living room! You’ve been so considerate and easy to work with…. Thank you for assisting with the chair. It has made such a difference in my life! You’re the only one who could have accomplished this chair as quickly as it happened. For me, yesterday was not soon enough.

“A truly terrific affair…”
I just wanted to say “Thank You” for giving CONTACT Community Helplines a non-profit space at your annual Health Fair. It was truly a terrific affair and, even though the weather was less optimum, the foot traffic was great.
I had the opportunity to hand out a ton of information about CONTACT’s programs to the attendees, and so far, have even received the name of someone who wants to be a volunteer for my Telephone Reassurance Program for senior citizens! Any day I can make more folks aware of our organization and get concrete information about a volunteer candidate, I feel it is very good day!
